Came here a couple weeks ago as was in the area and couldn't find other decent places on Google maps, what a gem! As soon as we turned the corner there were loads of people already queueing outside (didn't help it was peak time 7:30pm on a Saturday) and queued about 1 hour for our table. They were nice to give out a cold crysanthemum tea to help yourself to as it was really hot that evening! Ordered from the sheet of paper we were given whilst waiting and added a few bits more via scanning a QR code. Food came out pretty quick and omg the largest lemon tea ever! Only cost $34 and it was a decent one as well. They had speciality dishes too, one being the hand made beef balls with cheese and truffle, this was so good! Everything tasted good apart from the clay pot with pork and other veggies, maybe I wasn't used to the taste but it tasted a bit weird. Heard they were relocating or something so maybe explains the mass amount of people as well that weekend. But if it's still open then 100% give this place a visit! The vibes were really nice too.

nice service and very nice decoration also, the foods remind me of the good old days througout the 80s-90s, the 4 of us would like to order a few more dishes to try, but is just too full to do so. perhaps the only bad thing is the limitation of the 2 hours dining session, while although we did actually had 3, so that proves they are considering also. a place for the true hong kongers.

Authentic 70s/80s deco of Hong Kong's Tai Pai Dong (literally "Grand Lined-up Stalls"). Walking through the door is like walking through a time machine. Food tastes exceptional and brings back many fond memories of old Hong Kong (for us Gen X'ers). A must come for locals and visitors alike!

Good food. But have to wait for a long time. If you come 9:30pm, you would not need to wait. The rice mixed with pork oil is highly recommended. Dessert after meal is free.

Go early and get a queue number! Great atmosphere, with many seats. Stir fried clams had immaculate flavour. Potato beef dish was good but meat portion could have been more substantial.

Excellent food in this establishment. Make your reservations in advance as it can get really packed. Food came in large portions & were wonderful. Pork trotter was tender & well marinated. Deep fried large intestines were sublime and not as gamey as one might think. Sweet & Sour Pork was zesty and sweet, paired brilliantly with rice. The pork lard rice was slightly overrated and not a “must order”.

Really enjoyed every dish here, especially the pork lard rice, which was so fragrant (and unhealthy). Sweet & Sour Pork was also quite special and all the dishes were packed with plenty of flavour. Great recommendation by our local friends!
